This is the finest Yemeni dinner dish for a person or two , it might be a little bit exotic but its really nutritive and delicious , while taking about 15-20 minutes to prepare and using minimum ingredients .
Ingredients :
Canned White Fin Tuna Meat
Mozzarella Cheese Grated 150g
Cheddar Cheese Grated 150g
First get a frying pan and heat it up till about 56′C ( do not add any vegetable oil or butter) , meanwhile mix up the two cheese’s , get the canned tuna and dry out the vegetable oil inside it (if there is any) and mince it
Now add the tuna to the pan and fry it untill nicely browned , now add the cheese’s on top of the , make sure you don’t mix it up .
Best consumed with bread (in a sandwich or anything else) but there’s a lot of other technique’s used in Yemen of consumption of this dish , the most common one from them is with bare hands , which is the technique of folding of bread with a hand and grabbing the tuna with it .
